The success of the Fenghe slewing ring is the result of the precision of our finishing by grinding. All our production is perfectly under control and the matching of the rings and the rolling elements, gives batch after batch, the certainty to obtain the right bearing for this very demanding application. We propose also motor torque bearings. Our tailor made design follows perfectly the specific requirements of the customers.
After the Fenghe slewing bearing is installed and put into operation, after 100 hours of continuous operation, it should be fully checked whether the pre-tightening torque of the mounting bolt meets the requirements. Repeat the above inspection every 500 hours of continuous operation thereafter.
After the slewing bearing is installed, the appropriate amount of grease should be filled and the slewing bearing should be filled to make the grease evenly distributed. The slewing bearing will inevitably lose part of the grease after working for a period of time. -Lubrication should be added once after 100 hours. For slewing bearings that work in high-temperature environments or dusty conditions, the cycle should be appropriately short. When the machine is shut down for a long time, it must be filled with sufficient grease.

According to different structural characteristics, slewing bearings can meet the needs of working hosts under different load conditions. Four-point contact ball slewing bearings have high dynamic load capacity. Crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearings have high static load capacity.
